Parenting Arrangements

Nadine Love’s legal practice focuses on family law. Nadine will assist you regarding your post-separation parenting agreements and property arrangements. She will advise you, negotiate on your behalf, represent you at mediation and litigate as your family law advocate in Court. Nadine is sought after for her empathy and because she is a formidable, solution-focused solicitor.

An abiding theme in Nadine’s work is assisting her clients to find hope, practical solutions, and their unique voice in the face of transition and the trauma of loss and separation. She believes that the legal system has the potential to deliver relief and prompt, pragmatic pathways for families to heal and move forward into new and fulfilling lives post-separation.

Nadine is no stranger to divorce and separation and her nuanced professional approach is informed by one amicable separation and a second separation out of the jaws of hell. Nadine became a lawyer so that you do not have to go through the challenges of separation alone.

For Nadine, motherhood and parenting comprise the most meaningful and profound gifts of all. The source of Nadine’s deepest delight is her daughter, Mira who has chosen to study Law as a first foray into tertiary education.

While Nadine came to law as a mature life-long learner, with a Master of Arts Degree in Dramatherapy and decades of practice as a drama therapist, Nadine is also an award-winning transformational author who holds a raft of diplomas in business and life coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming, hypnotherapy, and training. Nadine’s extensive education and professional experience means her family law practice has a therapeutic jurisprudence foundation.

Nadine was born in Bulawayo, Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) and has lived and worked in South Africa, Israel, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Australia. Nadine lives in the Noosa hinterland where she enjoys rainforest walks, swimming, rewilding her patch of paradise, tending her vegetable garden, and doting on golden retriever, Anu, and Australian Shepherds, Onyx and Lex.

Whether meeting with you at the Anumis Legal office on the beautiful Noosa Marina, in mediations or in Court, Nadine aims to bring humanity to the law every day.
