Dr. John Cronin

With over four decades of experience in the engineering, manufacturing, construction, and renewable energy sectors,  Dr John Cronin also has years of experience in the finance, trading, and food supply industry; and more recently the retirement living and aged care sector. Following a career as a Design Engineer, Dr John completed a Master’s Degree in Business Management in 1996 and became a Graduate and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He added a Graduate Diploma in Law focusing on business law, mediation and dispute resolution in 2000.

In 2003 Dr John successfully completed a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning) and for number of years held an AFS Authorised Representative License.

In 2004 Dr John graduated with a PhD in the field of economic sociology. His thesis is based on his research into the economic and financial effectiveness of alternative investment strategies.

Dr John holds a Law Degree and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and is admitted as lawyer in the Supreme Court of Queensland. He is registered as a Commercial Mediator with the Queensland Law Society.
